Bengaluru, July 15: The State Bank of India, J P Nagar Branch successfully organised a Pensioners’ Meet on 14.07.2026 to strengthen its relationship with valued pensioners and senior citizen customers.
The Branch Manager welcomed the gathering and expressed gratitude for their trust and association with SBI. During the programme, information was shared on various banking services available for pensioners and senior citizens, including digital banking facilities, safe banking practices, grievance redressal, and updates on pension-related services. The branch head has also assured to extend necessary support to the Senior citizens
The event provided an opportunity for meaningful interaction, where pensioners shared their suggestions and feedback. Their concerns were addressed by the branch officials, reaffirming SBI’s commitment to providing prompt and customer-friendly service.
