Bengaluru, June 21: Harvest Harven Terrain, in association with Verzont, proudly announces the soft launch of Vintage Bangalore, an exclusive vintage-themed farmland community located at Dhenkanikote near Hosur. The grand launch event was held today at The Chancery Pavilion, Residency Road, Bengaluru.
Spread across 25 acres, Vintage Bangalore features 75 meticulously planned quarter-acre farmland plots, thoughtfully designed to recreate the charm, greenery, and community lifestyle that once defined old Bangalore. The project seeks to revive the city’s nostalgic garden-city character while offering modern farmland ownership and sustainable farmhouse living.
At the heart of the development lies a one-acre lifestyle clubhouse featuring a restaurant, coffee shop, guest cottages, landscaped gardens, and a variety of indoor and outdoor recreational amenities. The project is envisioned as a destination where families can reconnect with nature, community, and a slower pace of life.
Each plot offers approximately 11,000 sq. ft. of land, with nearly 30% designated for farmhouse construction and the balance dedicated to curated landscaping and plantation. As part of the project’s unique development concept, the periphery of every plot will be planted with 25 native flowering plants reminiscent of old Bangalore, including Bougainvillea, Mayflower, and other traditional flowering varieties. In addition, 15 all-season fruit-bearing trees will be planted within each plot, creating a vibrant orchard-style environment that reflects Bengaluru’s rich horticultural heritage.
The soft launch event was witnessed over 150 invited guests, including landowners, valuers, angel investors, prospective buyers, industry professionals, and their families.
The occasion also marked a strategic collaboration between Harvest Harven Terrain and Verzont, bringing together expertise in community-driven farmland development and sustainable real estate creation.
The project was officially unveiled by Sujith Joseph, Sridhar, director’s of Harvest Harven Terrain and Hithesh Jain, Karthik Nandhakumar, directors of Verzont, who presented their vision, master plan, and development roadmap for Vintage Bangalore.
Speaking about the project, the promoters emphasized that Vintage Bangalore is more than a farmland investment. It is an effort to recreate the essence of old Bangalore—its tree-lined avenues, flowering landscapes, orchard living, and close-knit community culture—within a thoughtfully planned and professionally managed farmland ecosystem.
With its blend of heritage-inspired landscaping, sustainable development, lifestyle amenities, and long-term investment potential, Vintage Bangalore is poised to become a landmark destination for those seeking a meaningful connection with nature while preserving the timeless spirit of Bangalore.
As Bengaluru experiences rapid population growth and rising urban pollution, urbanites are increasingly seeking weekend sanctuaries. Vintage Bangalore addresses this shift, offering families a private, eco-conscious retreat where they can embrace the “culture of cultivation” and reconnect with nature without sacrificing modern luxuries.
