Bengaluru, January 24: Taiwan Excellence (TE) pavilion is making a significant impact at IMTEX 2025, South and South-East Asia’s leading exhibition for machine tools and manufacturing technology, held in Bengaluru. The pavilion offers an exclusive opportunity to explore Next-Gen manufacturing tools from 13 renowned Taiwanese brands, including AXISCO, AutoGrip, CHMER, HIWIN, Honor Seiki, INNGRIT, KANFON, MECOM, PALMARY, QUASER, OSCARMAX, SYNTEC and TBI Motion.
As India becomes the fourth-largest importer of Taiwanese machine tools, TE’s presence at the exhibition highlights innovative advancements and signifies the strengthening trade partnership between the two nations. In 2024, Taiwan’s machine tool industry capitalized on new opportunities in India, with exports increasing by an impressive 20.8% year-on-year, reaching US$145.87 million.
The exhibition begins today and will run from January 23rd to 29th at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC). During the exhibition, TE pavilion will showcase 17 cutting-edge technologies to enhance India’s manufacturing sector. On the first day, TE organized a high-tech product launch session titled “Crafting Excellence for a Progressive Tomorrow” unveiling groundbreaking technologies from five prominent brands, including Chmer, Quaser, Palmary, Syntec, and Hiwin. Among the innovative products were:
CHMER: UA432L Wire Cut EDM delivers precision and intelligence for electronics, automotive, and medical manufacturing with 48 patented technologies for accuracy and efficiency.
PALMARY: Offers dual spindles for grinding multiple dimensions in one setup, with automation for mass production and enhanced accuracy through optical scales.
QUASER: Supports mass production and automation with key components ensuring efficiency and cost control.
HIWIN: i4.0GW® provides predictive maintenance, maximizing efficiency and reducing waste in semiconductor and automation sectors.
SYNTEC: Advanced control systems for 5-axis machining, featuring user-friendly design, smart maintenance, and data security.
