Marking the 60th year of ISKCON’s Jagannath Rath Yatra tradition, the festival continued its tradition of taking Lord Jagannath, Lord Baladeva, and Devi Subhadra beyond the temple, inviting people from all backgrounds to receive Their blessings.

Rath Yatra is the annual festival in which Lord Jagannath, accompanied by Lord Baladeva and Devi Subhadra, comes out in procession to bestow His mercy upon everyone, symbolising compassion, inclusiveness, and spiritual unity.

The celebrations commenced in Kannamangala, continued in Kaggadasapura, and culminated with the flagship Rath Yatra in Whitefield. The Whitefield procession commenced at Aai Mataji Temple, Siddapura, and concluded at the Inner Circle Ground, Whitefield, where thousands participated in pulling the beautifully decorated chariots while chanting the Hare Krishna Mahamantra.

Each Rath Yatra concluded with inspiring cultural programmes featuring spiritual discourses (Katha), melodious Kirtans, devotional and classical performances, Chappan Bhog offerings, and the grand Maha Arati.

Across the three Rath Yatras, 5,075 sanctified prasadam meals were served, reflecting ISKCON’s longstanding commitment to serving society through Krishna prasadam and promoting compassion, harmony, and devotional culture.

Hundreds of volunteers coordinated logistics, crowd management, cultural programmes, and prasadam distribution, ensuring the smooth and successful conduct of all three Rath Yatras.

Speaking on the occasion, a representative of ISKCON Whitefield said: “It was inspiring to see thousands of people come together in kirtan, devotion, and selfless service. We are especially grateful to have served 5,075 sanctified prasadam meals, sharing Krishna prasadam along with the timeless message of devotion, compassion, and spiritual unity.”

Celebrated annually around the world, Jagannath Rath Yatra is one of the world’s oldest and most cherished spiritual festivals. Through these festivals, ISKCON Whitefield continues its mission of promoting devotion, preserving India’s spiritual and cultural heritage, encouraging value-based living, and serving society through youth initiatives, community outreach, cultural programmes, and prasadam distribution.

The successful completion of the three Rath Yatras reflected the spirit of cooperation between devotees, volunteers, Government authorities, Bengaluru Police, BBMP, sponsors, media partners, and the local communities of Kannamangala, Kaggadasapura, and Whitefield, reaffirming ISKCON Whitefield’s commitment to serving society through devotion, culture, and compassionate outreach.

ರಥಯಾತ್ರೆಯು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಉತ್ಸವವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಗವಾನ್ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥನು ಬಲದೇವ ಮತ್ತು ದೇವಿ ಸುಭದ್ರಾ ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಕರುಣೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಇದು ಕರುಣೆ, ಒಳಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಏಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಕೇತಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಆಚರಣೆಗಳು ಕನ್ನಮಂಗಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದವು, ಕಗ್ಗದಾಸಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರೆದವು ಮತ್ತು ವೈಟ್‌ಫೀಲ್ಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ರಥಯಾತ್ರೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿತು. ವೈಟ್‌ಫೀಲ್ಡ್ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಸಿದ್ದಾಪುರದ ಆಯಿ ಮಾತಾಜಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ವೈಟ್‌ಫೀಲ್ಡ್‌ನ ಇನ್ನರ್ ಸರ್ಕಲ್ ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಜನರು ಹರೇ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮಹಾಮಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಠಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ರಥಗಳನ್ನು ಎಳೆಯುವಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರತಿ ರಥಯಾತ್ರೆಯು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಪ್ರವಚನಗಳು (ಕಥಾ), ಸುಮಧುರ ಕೀರ್ತನೆಗಳು, ಭಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನಗಳು, ಛಪ್ಪನ್ ಭೋಗ್ ಅರ್ಪಣೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಭವ್ಯ ಮಹಾ ಆರತಿಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿತು.

ಮೂರು ರಥಯಾತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, 5,075 ಪವಿತ್ರ ಪ್ರಸಾದ ಭೋಜನಗಳನ್ನು ಬಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು, ಇದು ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಪ್ರಸಾದದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಕರುಣೆ, ಸಾಮರಸ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಭಕ್ತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್‌ನ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ನೂರಾರು ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ಲಾಜಿಸ್ಟಿಕ್ಸ್, ಜನಸಂದಣಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸಾದ ವಿತರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಘಟಿಸಿದರು, ಇದು ಮೂರು ರಥಯಾತ್ರೆಗಳ ಸುಗಮ ಮತ್ತು ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ವೈಟ್‌ಫೀಲ್ಡ್ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು:”ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಜನರು ಕೀರ್ತನೆ, ಭಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸೇರುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡುವುದು ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ಭಕ್ತಿ, ಕರುಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಏಕತೆಯ ಕಾಲಾತೀತ ಸಂದೇಶದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಪ್ರಸಾದವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡು 5,075 ಪವಿತ್ರ ಪ್ರಸಾದ ಭೋಜನಗಳನ್ನು ಬಡಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾವು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಕೃತಜ್ಞರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.”

ವಿಶ್ವದಾದ್ಯಂತ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುವ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ ರಥಯಾತ್ರೆಯು ವಿಶ್ವದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹಳೆಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಉತ್ಸವಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಉತ್ಸವಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ, ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ವೈಟ್‌ಫೀಲ್ಡ್ ಭಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ, ಭಾರತದ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ, ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಯುವ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳು, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸಾದ ವಿತರಣೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ತನ್ನ ಧ್ಯೇಯವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದೆ.
