The Karnataka cabinet was recently expanded, and Ajay Singh took office as a new minister. On Tuesday, office-bearers—including the President of the Karnataka Rajput Samaj and the Bengaluru district —met him at his residence to offer their congratulations.

The delegation included Ajit Singh (President, Karnataka Rajput Samaj and Bengaluru District), Balaji Singh R. (General Secretary and Advocate), D.R. Balaji Singh (Vice President), Krishna Singh (Executive Committee Member and P.A. to Dharmasthala’s Veerendra Hegde), Balaji Singh (Executive Committee Member), and Chandra Singh (Executive Committee Member and relative of Minister Ajay Singh).

Speaking to reporters later, President Ajit Singh and Secretary Balaji Singh stated that they had met the newly appointed minister to convey their best wishes. They added that they had urged him to excel in the portfolio assigned to him, to formulate and effectively implement various schemes for the benefit of not only their community but all the people of the state, and to steer Karnataka onto a path of development.
