Bangaluru, Aug. 28: NETTUR TECHNICAL TRAINING FOUNDATION (NTTF) has entered into a strategic partnership with MAGIC BILLION and IHK, Germany, to offer a transformative career opportunity for young Indians. This collaboration launched today opens the doors for ambitious students to embark on a long-term apprenticeship program in Germany, a global leader in advanced technology and manufacturing.
More than just an apprenticeship, it’s a gateway to a world-class education and career in cutting-edge German industries. Participants will engage in hands-on training within top German companies, mastering skills in high-demand fields such as Automotive Mechatronics, Plant Mechanics, Electronics, Car Technology, and Cutting Machine Technology. This experience will mould students into multi-skilled professionals, equipped to thrive in the global marketplace.
The program was launched on Wednesday by chief guest of the day Ms Annett Baessler, Deputy German Consular, Bengaluru, in the presence NTTF Leadership Mr R. Rajagopalan, Mr B V Sudharshan and Mr Basab Banerjee, founder, Magic Billion, Noida.
NTTF and Magic Billion is committed to making this journey accessible. To ensure students are fully prepared, we offer comprehensive language training (covering A1, A2, and B1 levels) right on campus for ten months, along with full support in visa preparations and documentation. With our structured apprenticeship program, students will not only acquire advanced technical skills but also immerse themselves in the German work culture.
Already, over 100 NTTF students have been shortlisted for incredible opportunity, with already 70 of them receiving offers from prestigious German companies. As part of thisbatch, students will be setting the stage for future generations to follow. By March/April 2025, students would have achieved proficiency in the German language and culture, ready to take the flight to Germany during June to September 2025.
This apprenticeship program, spanning 3 to 3.5 years, culminates in a German Diploma certification under the“Learn and Earn” model. Students will alternate between three days of on-the-job training at their employer’s facility and two days of theoretical studies at a German Government vocational training centre. During this period, they’ll earn up to 1500 euros per month as stipend (approximately One Lakh Twenty thousand rupees) including extended hours, with opportunities for additional income.
By joining this program, students will not only gain invaluable skills but also open doors to a career in Europe with potential minimum guaranteed monthly earnings of 2100 euros.
