Bangalore, Aug. 2: The Milan Fertility Specialist Hospital and the Rotary Club, a beacon of hope for couples suffering from infertility, have joined hands to celebrate World Breastfeeding Week 2023.
Through this, one of the main objectives of World Breastfeeding Week is to create awareness among people about the importance of breast milk in the health of mother and child and to create more awareness about breastfeeding. The fact that two renowned organizations have joined hands for such a socially conscious and community-based project adds more luster to the scheme.
The event is organized to create more awareness about the importance of breast milk. Dr. Payal, Senior Consultant, Milan Reproductive Medicine and Fertility Specialist at the event, said Payal’s message about breastfeeding not only impressed everyone but also succeeded in creating awareness among most of them.
As part of a global initiative in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), the theme of Courage this year is “Enable Breastfeeding, Educate working parents on the importance of breastfeeding, and create an environment where working women can breastfeed their babies at workplaces. and formulate policies to support working parents, especially mothers”.
