ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಗೃಹಸಚಿವ ಡಾ. ಜಿ. ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರ್ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು, ಜೋಯಾಲುಕ್ಕಾಸ್ ಸಮೂಹದ ಸಿಎಂಡಿ ಡಾ. ಜೋಯ್ ಆಲುಕ್ಕಾಸ್ ಅವರು ನೂತನ ಮನೆಯ ಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗೆ ಕೀಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಿದರು. ಜಾಯ್ ಹೋಮ್ಸ್ ಉಪಕ್ರಮವು ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಮಾನವ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸುವ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನದ ವಿಶಾಲ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೂರಿದೆ. ೫೦೦ ಚದರ ಅಡಿ ಅಳತೆಯ ಮತ್ತು ೭.೫ ಲಕ್ಷ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮನೆಗಳು, ಸಮಾಜದ ಬಡತನದ ಅಂಚಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಆಶ್ರಯವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ, ಘನತೆ, ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಗುರಿ ಹೊಂದಿವೆ.

ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡತನ, ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ವಿಕೋಪಗಳು, ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯ (ಎಂಡೋಸಲ್ಫಾನ್ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರು) ಮತ್ತು ಅಂಗವೈಕಲ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಸೇರಿವೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ `ಜಾಯ್ ಹೋಮ್ಸ್ಉಪಕ್ರಮದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾದ ಒಟ್ಟು ಮನೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಕೇರಳ, ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸೇರಿ ೪೧೪ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿದೆ. ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆಯ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ತೆಲಂಗಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ೫೦ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಹೊಸ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಇದು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಭಾರತದಾದ್ಯಂತ ತನ್ನ ವಸತಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿದೆ.

೨೦೦೯ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದಾಗಿನಿಂದ, ಜೋಯಾಲುಕ್ಕಾಸ್ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ತನ್ನ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಟ್ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ (ಸಿಎಸ್‌ಆರ್) ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಹಿರಿಯರ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣದಂತಹ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿದೆ. ಬಡ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತ ಅಂತರವನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇರಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಸಿಕ ೧,೦೦೦ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಡಯಾಲಿಸಿಸ್ ಕಿಟ್‌ಗಳ ವಿತರಣೆ, ಡಯಾಲಿಸಿಸ್ ಯಂತ್ರಗಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆ, ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ನವೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಶಮನ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ತದಾನ ಅಭಿಯಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿರಂತರ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸೇರಿವೆ.

ಕೋವಿಡ್-೧೯ ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ತನ್ನ ಜಾಯ್ ಆಫ್ ಹೋಪ್” ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ೩೦೦ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿತು. ಕೇರಳದ ತ್ರಿಶೂರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ, ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಡಯಾಲಿಸಿಸ್ ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ಉಪಶಮನ ಆರೈಕೆ ಘಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ವಿಶೇಷ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಆರೈಕೆ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಹ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ, ಬ್ಯೂಟಿಷಿಯನ್ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಟೈಲರಿಂಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ, ೨೦೦ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಸಾಧನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜಾಯ್ ಹೋಮ್ಸ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯು ಸ್ಥಿರ ವಸತಿ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಉನ್ನತಿಯತ್ತ ಒಂದು ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಎಂಬ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್‌ನ ಧ್ಯೇಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಗತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ದುರ್ಬಲ

ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮತ್ತು ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಮುಂಬೈ ನಡುವಿನ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದ ವಿವಾದವು 1977 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಲ ಪ್ರಭುಪಾದರು ಮಹಾ ಸಮಾಧಿ ಪಡೆದ ನಂತರ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು, ಕೆಲವು ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಋತ್ವಿಕ್ ದೀಕ್ಷಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಅವರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಉತ್ತರಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಮಧು ಪಂಡಿತ್ ದಾಸ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಶ್ರೀಲ ಪ್ರಭುಪಾದರನ್ನು ಏಕೈಕ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರೆಂದು ಎತ್ತಿಹಿಡಿದು ಸ್ವಯಂಘೋಷಿತ ಗುರುಗಳ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿತು. 1988 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು BDA ಮೂಲಕ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ, 2000 ರಲ್ಲಿ, ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಮುಂಬೈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದೇವಾಲಯದ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿತು. ಇದು 25 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾನೂನು ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ನಾಂದಿ ಹಾಡಿತು, ಈಗ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪರವಾಗಿ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಈ ಸಂಘರ್ಷವನ್ನು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಅಕ್ಷಯ ಪಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನದ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಹರೇ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಆಂದೋಲನದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಧು ಪಂಡಿತ ದಾಸರು ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು:

“ಈ ಆಂತರಿಕ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಹೋರಾಟವು ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್‌ನ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀಲ ಪ್ರಭುಪಾದರ ಉತ್ತರಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಘೋಷಿತ ಗುರುಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿತ್ತು, ಶ್ರೀಲ ಪ್ರಭುಪಾದರು ಅವರ ಮಹಾ ಸಮಾಧಿಗೆ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಋತ್ವಿಕ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದರು, ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಕ್ತರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀಲ ಪ್ರಭುಪಾದರ ನೇರ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.  ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ, 2000 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಯಂಘೋಷಿತ ಗುರುಗಳ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾದ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಮುಂಬೈ  ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಆಸ್ತಿಯು ಅವರ  ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಖೆಯಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ನಿಲುವಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಭಕ್ತರನ್ನು ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್‌ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಹಾಕಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರು. ಆಗ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಂಗದ ಹೋರಾಟವಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು.

“ಇಂದು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತನ್ನ ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ಮೂಲಕ 25 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ನು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ, ಬಿಡಿಎ 1988 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಲಾದ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಸೊಸೈಟಿಯಾದ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸೊಸೈಟಿಗೆ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ದೇವಾಲಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮೂಲಭೂತವಾಗಿ, ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಮುಂಬೈ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಸ್ತಕ್ಷೇಪ ಮಾಡದಂತೆ ನಿಷೇದಾಜ್ಞೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಈ ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ನಂತರ ಶ್ರೀಲ ಪ್ರಭುಪಾದರನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್‌ನ ಏಕೈಕ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರಾಗಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಬಯಸುವ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಭಕ್ತರನ್ನು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್‌ನಿಂದ ಹೊರಹಾಕಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.”

ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ  ಮತ್ತು ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಮುಂಬೈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ  ನಡುವಿನ ಈ ವಿವಾದದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ.

1977 ರಲ್ಲಿ, ಶ್ರೀಲ ಪ್ರಭುಪಾದರು (ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್‌ನ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕ – ಆಚಾರ್ಯರು) ಮಹಾ ಸಮಾಧಿ ಹೊಂದುವ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮೊದಲು, ಅವರು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಋತ್ವಿಕ್‌ಗಳು ಎಂಬ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ದೀಕ್ಷೆ (ದೀಕ್ಷೆ) ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಭವಿಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಕ್ಷೆ ಪಡೆದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಕ್ತರು ಶ್ರೀಲ ಪ್ರಭುಪಾದರ ನೇರ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್‌ನ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರಾಗಿ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಆದರೆ ಅವರ ಮಹಾ ಸಮಾಧಿಯ ನಂತರ, ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಅವರ ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಯ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು (ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಪಾಶ್ಚಿಮಾತ್ಯರು) ಶ್ರೀಲ ಪ್ರಭುಪಾದರ ಲಿಖಿತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್‌ನ ಉತ್ತರಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡರು ಮತ್ತು ದೀಕ್ಷೆ ನೀಡಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಘೋಷಿತ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರು ಉನ್ನತ ಅಲಂಕಾರಿಕ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರು, ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಬಿರುದುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದರು, ಅವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಾಡಲು ಹಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದರು, ಐಷಾರಾಮಿ ಜೀವನಶೈಲಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು – ಇವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಶ್ರೀಲ ಪ್ರಭುಪಾದರು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಸಿದ ಸರಳ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಾದ್ಯಂತದ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಭಕ್ತರು ಈ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಘೋಷಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಯಂ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶಿತ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಿರುಕುಳ, ಹಿಂಸೆ, ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವದೇ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹೊರಹಾಕಲಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಈ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಭಕ್ತರನ್ನು ಕೊಲೆಯು ಕೂಡ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. (ಸುಲೋಚನ ದಾಸ್, 1984).

1999 ರಲ್ಲಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಮಧು ಪಂಡಿತ್ ದಾಸ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಭಕ್ತರು ಈ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಘೋಷಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಯಂ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶಿತ ಆಚಾರ್ಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದಾಗ, ನಾವು ಕೂಡ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಮುಂಬೈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ  ಮೂಲಕ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದಿಂದ ಅಂತಹ ವಿರೋಧ ಮತ್ತು ಕಿರುಕುಳವನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಮುಂಬೈ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಹರೇ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಗಿರಿಯ ದೇವಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಬಲವಂತವಾಗಿ ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿತು. ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಭಕ್ತರು 1988 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (ಬಿಡಿಎ) ರಾಜಾಜಿನಗರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದರು. ಇದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಯಿತು, ಇದು ಶ್ರೀಲ ಪ್ರಭುಪಾದರ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಆದೇಶದ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು 25 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಇಂದಿನ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಆದೇಶವು ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ತೀರ್ಪಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಾದ್ಯಂತದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಭಕ್ತರು ಶ್ರೀಲ ಪ್ರಭುಪಾದರನ್ನು ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಚಾರ್ಯರಾಗಿ ಶಾಂತಿಯುತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಕಿರುಕುಳದ ಭಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ತಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಬಹುದು.

ಕಳೆದ 25 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗುಂಪಿನ ಭಕ್ತರು ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ 25 ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ, ವಿದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 8 ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ, 1000 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪೂರ್ಣಾವಧಿ ಭಕ್ತರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು 10,000 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಭಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿರುವ ಭಕ್ತರನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದೇಶದ 17 ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ 23 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅಕ್ಷಯ ಪಾತ್ರ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಕೂಡ ಇಸ್ಕಾನ್-ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದೇವಾಲಯದಿಂದಲೇ  ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು.

45,000 ಚದರ ಅಡಿ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಈ ಅಂಗಡಿಯು ತಾಜಾ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ತರಕಾರಿಗಳು, ದಿನಸಿ, ಮಾಂಸ, ಡೈರಿ, ಗೃಹೋಪಯೋಗಿ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು, ಆಟಿಕೆಗಳು, ಸೌಂದರ್ಯ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಪಕವಾದ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ದೈನಂದಿನ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶೇಷ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಲು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಲಾದ ರೋಮಾಂಚಕ ತಾಜಾ ಆಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಬೇಕರಿ ವಿಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ, ಇದು ಆಧುನಿಕ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು-ನಿಲುಗಡೆ ತಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ.
