ಪಾವತಿಗಳು, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಎಐ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ಸಾಧನದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸುವ ಇ-ಕೋಶ, ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಡೆತಡೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಪಾವತಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲೇ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಯುಪಿಐ, ಯುಪಿಐ 123ಪೇ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬಿಡಿಸಿ (ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ರೂಪಾಯಿ) ಪಾವತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದಲ್ಲದೆ, ವಿಸ್ತರಿತ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಚಾನಲ್ ಆಗಿಯೂ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರ ಮೂಲಕ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಭಾಷೆಯ ಸಹಜ ಧ್ವನಿ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ತಕ್ಷಣದ ಬೆಂಬಲ, ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳು, ವೈಯಕ್ತೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಸಾಲಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು, ವಿವಿಧ ಬ್ರಾಂಡ್‌ ಗಳ ನೇರ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯವಹಾರದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಒಳನೋಟಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.

The members of Samnaviya Samiti Kannadave Satya Pratisthana WhatsApp Forum will present the literary works of their members on the second Saturday of every month under the chairmanship of a member, film it and publish it on the YouTube channel, all the presentations in PDF format along with suitable colorful and attractive photographs will be made available to all literature lovers by publishing them on its website for free.

First started on 15.8.1999 at a member’s house Sahitya Dasoha was held at member’s homes until the arrival of Covid and then through Google Meet and the 250th Sahitya Dasoha was held on 14.06.2026. Mr. Mallepuram Venkatesh, former chancellor of Karnataka Sanskrit University, famous Kannada writer, was present at the celebration today.

The function was presided over by Sri Ben Sri Ravindra, Chairman of the Coordination Committee Kannadaway Sathya Pratisthan. The program began with prayers by Smt. Manjula V Marathe and the Chief Guest and Foundation office bearers lighting the Jyoti and placing flowers on the portrait of Principal Hcheske.

Mr. S. Dhirendra, Member of the Foundation’s Steering Committee, welcomed everyone. Executive Board Member of the Foundation Mr Sreerangarajan then gave a comprehensive introduction to all the activities of the foundation in his introductory speech explaining the path Sahitya Dasoha has taken. As part of the project’s unique development concept, the periphery of every plot will be planted with 25 native flowering plants reminiscent of old Bangalore, including Bougainvillea, Mayflower, and other traditional flowering varieties. In addition, 15 all-season fruit-bearing trees will be planted within each plot, creating a vibrant orchard-style environment that reflects Bengaluru’s rich horticultural heritage.

The soft launch event was witnessed over 150 invited guests, including landowners, valuers, angel investors, prospective buyers, industry professionals, and their families.

The occasion also marked a strategic collaboration between Harvest Harven Terrain and Verzont, bringing together expertise in community-driven farmland development and sustainable real estate creation.

The project was officially unveiled by Sujith Joseph, Sridhar, director’s of Harvest Harven Terrain and Hithesh Jain, Karthik Nandhakumar, directors of Verzont, who presented their vision, master plan, and development roadmap for Vintage Bangalore.
